Things were looking up in San Francisco on paper before training camp came around.
Since then, 49ers have been going down left and right, with the likes of Soloman Thomas, George Kittle, and now Jerick McKinnon appearing to have injured himself at practice on Sunday.

McKinnon was seen struggling to walk and motioning towards his right knee, a troublesome sight for any athlete.
Since the injury, he’s been sitting back and watching the rest of practice. McKinnon would later say that he was fine, however, fans will remember Redskins rookie Derrius Guice saying the same thing hours before realizing his ACL was torn.

Obviously, the Niner medical staff will take their time with the running back to make sure he hasn’t suffered anything serious.
McKinnon signed a four year, $30 million contract with San Francisco this offseason.
