Once the Washington Redskins traded for Alex Smith and signed him to a long-term deal, there were numerous QB-hungry teams around the league salivating at the idea of getting a chance to land Kirk Cousins.
Earlier this week, there were rumors flying that the Minnesota Vikings were willing to throw a three-year, $91 million contract his way, with every single dime of it being guaranteed.

Following a season in which they were just one win away from playing in the Super Bowl, the Vikings believe Cousins is that guy to get them over the hump.
According to NFL Insider Adam Caplan, Cousins will indeed choose to sign with the Minnesota Vikings. He plans on landing a deal that will get him $27 million per season.
